Entry procedure
Please note the closing date of entries for each section - late entries will not be accepted
- Complete a REMITTANCE FORM to clearly show your name, address, contact phone number(s) and email address, along with the summary of entries you are making and the total payable.
- Fill in all your entry forms, taking care to write legibly, completing all the necessary details such as name, breeding, registration numbers, dates of birth and so forth.
- Complete stalling or stabling forms for animals, as required.
- Complete the appropriate form(s) for accommodation for you, be it for the Hotel or the Caravan Park.
- Complete the form for extra tickets/wristbands if required. Payment for these can now be included in your entry cheque/payment.
- Collate all the details on the Remittance form and fill in the financial details, totalling everything at the foot – note that VAT is already included in all the fees so this does not require to be added. Please add up your entry fees carefully so as not to under pay (nor over pay!).
- Paperclip forms together and send it to the Show Department prior to the closing date for entries. We will send a receipt once your entry has been processed. Close to closing dates it may take some time for the office to input entries due to the sheer volume, so if you wish confirmation your entry has been received, we suggest you send a self addressed stamped envelope or postcard (marked on the back Highland Show Entries) with your entries – we will post this back to you upon opening your entries envelope.
- Write out a cheque in payment of all sums due – cheques are payable to RHASS – don’t forget to sign it and send it in with your entries! If you would prefer to pay by Switch or Credit Card complete the form on the final page of the instructions to all exhibitors booklet.
